The start of something big....

3 weeks in ... setting up at the Old City Farmers Market. The response in such a short time is incredible. I have ladies asking me, "Where's your boutique?" I laugh and say, "You're looking at it!" I even have ladies trying on clothing in my make-shift dressing room!
I have to say, I am
a diversified designer who has to constantly change and evolve in order to keep effectively expressing myself. I have an innate love of antiquity and the vintage/retro style Thus, this clothing line came to life. Add to that the love of "treasure hunting"...scouring consignment shops ans thrift stores for just the right pieces...It is the truest expression of who I am as a person, along with a coming together of the things I love most. The passion I have for what I do compels me to continue to hunt and design with hopes of having a retail boutique someday.

Then, just this past weekend, when a friend in Gainesville offered me a boutique space in the front of her salon (The Salon Vogue), I was more than excited! I'm planning on visiting next Monday to see if I can really make something work.

This could be the start of something BIG...
